Rachel Anderson Snider
With more than three decades of courtroom and mediation experience, Rachel has earned a reputation as one of Georgia’s most trusted voices in family law. A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a distinction held by fewer than 30 attorneys statewide, Rachel brings both legal precision and compassion to every case. She focuses on the positive resolution of complex, high-income, and large asset divorces. Rachel is a trained mediator and serves as a late case evaluator to the Fulton County Superior Court Judges through the American Academy of Family Law Lawyers.
At Snider & Snider Family Law, Rachel and her son and partner, Drew Snider, combine top-tier trial experience with a collaborative, hands-on approach. Together, they guide their clients through the legal, financial, and emotional transitions that accompany divorce with clarity, responsiveness, and care. Founding Snider & Snider in 2024 gave Rachel and Drew the opportunity to provide clients with a unique team approach. Rachel and Drew meet frequently to discuss each of their cases, which allows them both to be personally responsive to all their clients. Our team approach allows us to deliver the depth of expertise and availability you deserve.
Rachel’s goal is to manage all aspects of a client’s case to allow the client to move forward with their personal and professional life. She strives to provide clients with the information and resources they need at the highest level possible to evaluate their financial and personal goals in determining the outcome of their case and when children are involved, ensuring their best interests are met. We coordinate with the best experts to support their clients from forensic accountants, tax advisors, mental-health professionals, financial planners, and private investigators to achieve the most favorable and sustainable outcomes for you.
