Rachel and Drew are co-founders of the boutique family law firm, Snider & Snider, founded in 2024. Rachel has been practicing as a litigator for 32 years, and for the last 26 she has practiced exclusively family law. Drew and Rachel practiced together for the last 7 years at a family law firm in Atlanta where Rachel was a named partner. Rachel and Drew founded Snider & Snider to represent and meet the needs of our personal clients. Most of our clients are repeat clients, referred by former clients or referred by family members of former clients. We are pleased to also represent clients referred by legal and financial experts.

Rachel and Drew are experienced in problem-solving all aspects that arise in family law litigation. We often bring in experts in the areas of forensic accounting, business valuation, partnership issues, real estate analysis, private investigators, educational consultants, therapists, child custody evaluators, psychiatrists, and employment consultants.  Rachel and Drew are committed to employing our long-developed group of experts to assist with all aspects of your family law case.  Georgia is only one of two states to allow jury trials in family law cases. Rachel is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and Rachel and Drew are both experienced in bench trial and jury trial litigation. If your case is contentious, it is important for your spouse and their counsel to know that Rachel and Drew will have the experience for trial. We prefer to resolve cases through settlement and mediation, and Rachel is a trained mediator, Guardian Ad Litem and Late case evaluator, a position appointed by Fulton County Judges. If your case needs to be decided by a judge or jury, Rachel and Drew will be ready with the experience to present your case at trial.
